Essential Trust Plan

An Essential Trust Plan with a fully-funded trust allows your loved ones to bypass the probate process keeping the details of your estate private. Your chosen Trustee will distribute your assets outside of court and under the terms of the trust. The Essential Trust Plan includes incapacity instructions for you while you are living and outright distributions to adult beneficiaries on death.

Family Protection Trust Plan

The Family Protection Trust has all of the benefits of the Essential Trust but goes further to provide for minor children. Short-Term sub-trusts provide for children until they reach a certain age. Funds are then distributed outright at the age of your choosing. This plan anticipates a standard “all to spouse, then to children equally” distribution scheme.

Enhanced Family Protection Trust Plan

The Enhanced Family Trust includes everything from the Family Trust but is designed for families with a non-standard distribution scheme. The Enhanced Family Trust is best for blended families, families that want long-term trusts for children for maximum asset protection, or families with non-standard unusual distribution requirements.

Our plans are carefully structured and supported by the right documents to ensure your wishes are honored and unnecessary complications are avoided.

To find out if we’d be good fit for you, please complete the Right Fit Assessment

Before scheduling the first meeting, we ask each new Estate Planning client to complete a short Right Fit Assessment. This helps us understand your goals, determine whether we’d be a good fit for you, and make sure you don’t spend time and money moving forward before we know if we can actually help.
